happy sitter, happy dog:)

Pet care experience

I am a college student who needs flexible hours and to make my own schedules, so I thought why not do something I love to do already. I have two dogs and two cats and I live in a house.I have plenty of room for any dogs that I am taking care of do to my big, fenced back yard, and the park in my neighborhood that provides many trails and a dog park! My dog is always looking for new friends, so this gives him the opportunity to have fun with new friendly faces! I also volunteered at animal shelters so that gives me more experience to suit your dogs needs. Overall I am a very caring person who is just looking to have some fun while making some extra cash. I have an overall open schedule and I am looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends!

Dahlia did an amazing job with our cats!!! It was clear they were very well taken care of, she played with them during multiple visits and kept the house very clean and tidy!

Chico had a fantastic stay with Dahlia and her husky Bibi! From what I heard, they became quick friends and played a lot in her spacious, fenced backyard. We came back to a happy and tired dog. We’d definitely book with Dahlia again!

I’ve know Dahlia since she was born. I watched her grow through out the years and I can without a doubt say that she is the most capable, reliable, responsible, trustworthy young lady I’ve ever known. Her love for animals is undeniably present she even wanted to be a veterinarian at a certain point in her life, even if that changed later on due to her interest in so many thing, the love is still there. Dahlia is the perfect candidate for this job, you won’t find anyone that dedicated and serious.

Safety, trust & environment

A routine while boarding is especially important to make sure that your dog is comfortable and your client is comfortable leaving their dog with someone they trust. I try to get as much information about the dogs routine in as much detail so I can make the dog feel safe and in routine even if they might not be at their home.

Information Dahlia F. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know if they are friendly with other dogs and if they have any aggressive issues. I do have a dog of my own ( a one year and 4 month old siberian husky) who loves all animals and I would like to ensure the safety of him and other dogs in the neighborhood. I accept all breeds!

A typical day

I live in a very big neighborhood that has secure trails and a park so having plenty of places to walk a dog is not a problem. There is also a dog park across the street and I would take them there occasionally!

Availability

Having an open schedule is really beneficial to be able to take care of animals especially on Rover. My work and school schedule does not limit it me too much to what times I could be available for taking care of any animal. Most of the time I am free!
