Pet care experience
I have helped take care of dogs and cats of all sizes, ages (yes, that includes both puppies/kitties and senior doggies/kitties), breeds, energy levels, and preferences for as long as I can remember! I’ve helped train my very energetic Vizsla (Cashew) at home since he was a puppy, as well as my now 16-year old blind mini dachshund (Scooby), who I have plenty of experience with administering medicine to… and yes I named them both! Additionally, I have a lot of experience with taking care of my family’s pets (people often leave their pets with us for their vacations or request that we stay at their home). I honestly haven’t met a dog or cat, I couldn’t get along with! I am very patient and adaptable to different animals and LOVE LOVE LOVE to interact, bond, and play with them! :)

Dabney is by far my first choice when I need a dog sitter. I have used her service on several occasions, the last one for a period of two weeks. During that time, she stayed in communication with me on a regular basis, eliminating the stress of leaving the dog and house behind. Above all, Dabney is trustworthy, and my dog and neighbors love her.

I’d just like to know what your and your pet’s preferences are in terms of care; I want to make sure to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible! So anything I should know before so I can best do that would be amazing :)
A typical day
I love to go/be outside, walking around parks and exploring neighborhoods or going on hikes or play with animals; I’m really not picky where I go, as long as it’s outside! I know some pets love to lounge around, too, or just take breaks from walking around so often so I also like to sit around with the pets outside and draw or read/watch tv inside with them.

Availability
I’m currently a student at UC Berkeley (double majoring in Cognitive Science and Political Science), so I’m available pretty much anytime outside of my classes. My availability for weekends depends on the weekend and if I have anything planned outside of school, but I’m relatively flexible!
