I’ve lived on a farm my entire life. My parents and then I bought a small farm on 2.5 acres. I previously had horses, cows and goats but was forced by the township, to get rid of all the livestock I had. The only animals I have left are the pot belly pigs because they couldn't get them on the trailer. I own 6 dogs and we absolutely love having dogs of all ages visit. I am a full time dog mom and I will be with your dog 24/7. I also love working with them so if there is something specific you’d like me to do, let me know. I currently am working from home. I love to spend most/all of my time with the dogs when I am sitting. I use natural dried liver treats and have had so much success training peoples dogs. I also have a routine of which days we bathe, brushed and do a different activity every day to let them get some exercise. I live on a 2.5 acre farm that is back off the road so they are no where near a road. I have an open back yard that is mostly fenced in and my front yard is completely fenced in. I have watched over 30 peoples dogs and they brought them to drop off and had leashes on them saying they run away. I didn’t have a problem due to the fact that I have 6 dogs who are trained to stay and often dogs stay in the herd. I go outside with them everytime and watch them play and go potty!

The dogs are free range in the house. No crating unless requested ex(at night or when I leave). I have a front yard that’s fenced in where they take the short bathroom breaks. Then about 3 times a day I take them back to backyard which is mostly fenced in. Again, they herd. However, I will not let your pup do this if not trusted. I will take out on a leash. Also, when I am doing the one on one at the beginning I will get a good reading on what kind of dog will stay and which one will go explore!

I would hope that the owner would be able to give me any information they thought was necessary for me to know. Some things would be…aggressive around food, deaf, isn’t allowed on the couch or anything that stands out!
A typical day
The 2.5 acres I have is very open and they love to run back with the farm animals. I have 6 dogs, all of which are extremely nice, who will play nonstop with your pup!

Availability
Pet care is a huge job but it needs to be done. Its like anything else, maintaining a dogs or any animals health is very important. My dogs get a bath every other week. Or if they roll in something or get dirty. I feed them twice a day. I keep a list of my pups and go through the list when I go somewhere and can take a dog or two dogs. Unfortunately, 6 dogs is not an easy thing when taking them somewhere! I rotate between them so I can get to know each pup individually. When your pup arrives, before I let them meet my dogs, I like to sit with the pup and make sure they trust me. That gives them comfort when maybe they get nervous and they have someone to come to. I then let my dogs outside and let your dog inside to get a feel for its surroundings before having the other dogs intervene. Then I let your dog outside and they get to know each other. Everyone comes inside knowing what to expect. I’ve had so much success watching dogs and enjoy it so much! I promise your pup will want to come back.
