I have grown up with pets. I absolutely love dogs. I have always had dogs. My son loves dogs as well and we treat them like they are family...because they are our family. I have also worked with animals as a bather, a kennel tech, and vet assistant. I get attached and am very close to the pets that come into my care. I know little tricks while bathing a dog to keep them from shaking. Dogs are wonderful friends and family members. Some people don't understand them, but I do. They have feelings that can be hurt just like humans and they should be rewarded for good behavior and regarded as loved ones. I am strongly against keeping them chained up all day knowing the risk of them not having any water or having heat stroke. They are once again just like children. And sometimes dogs can be trusted better than humans.
