I have always loved animals and have had pets since I was little. I have had a, cat, fish, turtles, African grey parrots and other birds. After moving to the US, our home is too small for pets. This is a great way to feel connected to animals and have pets in my life. I absolutely love all animals, especially large/giant dogs & birds. I believe working with animals goes beyond just feeding and a potty break. I take my time with your pets very seriously to ensure they are loved, exercised and stimulated to bring some energetic balance. I look forward to working with you and your furry/feathered family.

Best Dogsitter ever! Handles all types of dogs! My giant 200 lb dogs all adore him, and they’re guard dogs! Reliable, helpful, and really cares for the dogs and looks after them.
Cyrus was wonderful and I would not hesitate one moment to rebook him. Our lab is very energetic but Cyrus was more than capable of handling him and kept him well exercised. He was also very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable with the program he set up while we were away. It was also great to have someone reliable like Cyrus at our home while we were away. This is an easy five star review!
Cyrus really loves dogs and it shows. If your dog is up for it, Cyrus will take them for a jog and work them hard. With Buster, Cyrus would sometimes spend some extra time exercising Buster on a long walk, which was a nice bonus! Buster was tired each day I came home from work, and a tired Buster is a happy Buster. I'd definitely hire Cyrus again!

Unfortunately, I cannot board pets at my house as our apt does not allow. You can rest assured knowing your pets and home will be thoroughly looked after when in my care. Being borderline OCD, your home will be left clean and exactly as it was.

I prefer large or extra large breeds. I will like a brief background - temperament towards children, non-family members, other dogs, other animals or any behavioral issues. If house sitting: food, medication and potty habits. Also any other in-home quirks your pet may have.
A typical day
Depending on the situation, a short walk can be around the neighborhood/park. Some of my customers book longer sessions, in which case, I go on long hikes through forest or a beach where I can run pets unleashed (after getting to know your pet and recall habits are established.) If overnight/extended weekend, park/hike/beach and sometimes accompanied by my kids.... more people = more love :)

Hi, I'm Cyrus, A single dad, was recently let go along with 200 colleagues. As such, I'm in the middle of job hunting and pursuing a way to start an animal boarding business. I am available on: Weekdays: 9.30 am to 1.30 pm; 4 pm to 6 pm: Walks & house-sitting Weekends: Dependent if I have my kids - 6 am to 9 pm: Walks & house sitting - Some weekends can house-sit at your place from Fri 8 pm to Sun 8 pm (if kids with their mother)
