I also expand my knowledge by reading any information Rover sends out to sitters to further my education for both cats and dogs. We increased the wall height and have 2 separate gates to get out of our property. In addition, my home is gated inside not to allow your pet near the front door to prevent escaping pets. We have a monthly service for all possible pests in our yard and home. ✅ IN-HOME ENVIRONMENT: All pets sleep indoors. Pups are allowed on furniture (only if OK by the Pet Parent) I provided beds, blankets, kennels, feeding and water bowls for your convenience. ✅ To ensure a stress-free stay you are welcome to provide your pet(s) own blanket or bed. **I suggest for 1st time stays for boarding to bring a T-shirt you wore recently. This assists anxious pups.** ✅ For the safety of all pets, I regularly wash all toys, balls, and Nylanbons. I wash all feeding bowls after every meal and water bowl at least once daily usually more depending on if I have droolers. HEHE! ✅ MEDICATIONS: I can administer your pets’ medications at no extra charge. ❎ GROOMING: If grooming is needed, brushing of teeth, or brushing the pet coat, an additional fee will be added. ✅ PUPPY BOARDING AND DAYCARE- All PUPPIES are required to have their series of puppy shots completed before they can be Boarded overnight or stay for Daycare. They are required to have their 8, 12, & 16-week series of vaccines. This is for the health and safety of your puppy. If your puppy is not fully inoculated they can get sick even if all the dogs here are fully Vaccinated. I do not take puppies under 4 months of age for that reason ➕HOLIDAY RATES FOR PUPPIES $10.00 per day will be charged in addition to the regular daily puppy rates for both boarding overnight & daycare in my home or drop-in visit to your home. Puppy rate is not discounted for multi family pets. ➕As we know even though a pup is over a year old some dogs can be very puppy-like still. If your dog is over a year old and's still puppy-like (naughty puppy behavior?) or is not completely potty trained, I will charge puppy rate. This can be determined at our Meet & Greet. ➕puppy’s should be potty trained. If your puppy is not fully trained an additional charge will be added. I understand the occasional accident, this is typical but, if the dog is still in training will require the extra charge. The extra charge is for excess urine/feces cleaner, paper towels and carpet cleaning. ✅ DROP-OFF & PICK-UP SCHEDULING - DAYCARE & BOARDING Each Dropoff and Pickup of your pet are scheduled for your convenience. A 30 minute max window is required for all dropoff and pickup times. Scheduling allows not to have multiple pet parents arriving at the same time and allows availability if the parent or myself needs to go over the stay of your pet. If you want to change a time, please contact me first before showing up. I will try to accommodate your needs as long as there is no conflicts with other pet parents scheduled time. I do ask that you Dropoff no earlier than 8:00 AM and Pickup by 8:00 PM. Because of in-home care, I want to be respectful of my neighbors. Dogs will bark while dropping off & picking up your pup. Thank You for your understanding in this matter. ❌MULTI DOG FAMILY HOLIDAY RATES ❌ Multi-dog families get the same discount on Holiday as the regular boarding, daycare or drop-in service rate. All dogs are charged the current holiday rates and a discount is given for each additional dog. *Puppy rate does not qualify for a multi family discount* The Rover platform unfortunately does not apply the holiday rates correctly so I will be manually changing the rates before booking to quote you the correct holiday charges. ❎ Boarding Stays ❗️Rover has a new boarding charge for extended care. Please read carefully below❗️ While planning your dropoff and pickup times Boarding rates are based on 24 hours from the time you scheduled drop-off to pick-up. The following extended care rates will apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than 24 hours later than the start time on the first day of the stay. This ensures that sitters are compensated for their additional time. The 2 hours cushion is for unforeseen traffic delays, for example. If you are scheduling a pickup anything over 24 hour of care then the Extended care rates will apply at booking. Up to 8 additional hours of Extended care a 50% of the sitter’s boarding rate will be charged for each pet. 8+ additional hours of Extended care 100% of the sitter’s boarding rate will be charged for each pet. Dropoff and Pickup times need to be included in 1/2 hour increments on the booking request before finalizing the booking. This will ensure correct pricing is quoted. If you are late for your scheduled dropoff time no refunds will be given for extended time pricing added. Your window was reserved for you at the time of booking. If you will be late for your pickup then the time will be changed/modified in the booking and if the pickup is over the 8 hour window you will need to pay the extra cost for care before you pick up your pet. ❎ DAYCARE STAYS: Daycare is up to 12 hours of care. I provide a longer daycare stay than Rover suggests ( 7-9 hrs) for your convenience. This is why my pricing may be different from other sitters. ❎ DROP-IN CARE: I only do 1 drop-in per day as allowed by my in-home scheduling care. ❌ HOLIDAY RATES FOR MULTI-PET DROP-IN SERVICE❌ Multi-pet families get the same discount on Holiday as the regular drop-in service rate. All pets are charged the current holiday rates and a discount is given for each additional pet. Current holiday rate - $10.00 discount for each additional pet. *Puppy holiday drop-in service is charged an additional $10.00 over the current holiday rate. Puppy rate does not qualify for a multi-family discount* The Rover platform unfortunately does not apply the holiday rates correctly so I will be manually changing the rates before booking to quote you the correct holiday charges. ➕RATES Rates are a base starting rate. Depending on your pet(s) needs, additional charges may apply. This will be discussed upfront at the Meet & Greet. ⭕️CANCELLATION POLICY & MODIFICATION OF STAY DATES: 7 Day Policy ⭕️ -A full refund is available if a booking is canceled or modified to shorten the stay dates by midnight ONE week before the service begins. Midnight is determined by the sitter's time zone. -If a booking is canceled or modified to shorten your stay after 12 midnight one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 canceled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days. -The cancellation policy takes effect if you come back early, want to pick up your dog and cancel any remaining days already booked.
