Pet care experience
I have always loved animals of all kinds. I have 6 pets of my own. As well as 2 teen age kids. I am home full time, the dogs left in my care are never left unattended or wanting for any sort of affection. I have been boarding dogs in my home for about 4 years now, and thoroughly enjoy my work. I live across the street from a park with a dog run. I am not a groomer, but I am able to give baths & trim nails. I was also previously employed by Montreal's premier pet sitting service. I practice only positive reinforcement training, I do not believe in hitting an animal. To discourage a behavior, I have a spray bottle of water handy. Treats are awarded throughout the day. I have a good understanding of canine behaviour. I am a patient person, not easily riled. I also provide references on demand.

Cynthia was great with the dogs and me! This was my first time using any doggy day care and I appreciated how she treated my dog and the other dogs that were there. I also greatly appreciated the text messages she would send me during the day to reassure me that he was doing well and having fun. I will use her again!

Cynthia really knows how to take care of dogs. She was very attentive to instructions and took care of Tokyo. There were other puppies and older dogs that really enhanced her socialization process. Thank you Cynthia for taking care of Tokyo. I will definitely book again!

I like to know how the dog reacts to other dogs and to cats. I want to know if there are any triggers for the dog. If the dog has ever exhibited signs of aggression towards humans. How well the dog is trained, & a bit of their routine.
A typical day
There are several parks within walking distance, as well as a large dog park to play in. I have a yard for all day fun, & have a kiddy pool in case it gets too hot. I like to play games with them that include some training. We also have quite a collection of toys. Tug o war is often played between the dogs.
