*Covid-19: To keep everyone safe and healthy, I will wear both a disposable mask and disposable gloves when caring for your pets. I can remove the mask when interacting with your pets only but must wear it when you and I are interacting. The gloves will stay on the entire time. Thank you for understanding.* I have always loved animals and have had pets, mostly dogs, all my life. My first dog was a black miniature poodle that I named Penny when I was 3 years old. Fast forward to today and I have a Doberman Pinscher, Harley who is 4 years old. I have experience giving injections including insulin and blood glucose monitoring as well as giving oral medications. I don’t believe there are bad dogs. There are bored, untrained, unsocialized, high energy, or insecure dogs that need a bit more patience and a lot more time. I don’t mind giving them either one and/or both of those. I can work with dogs of all sizes. I will not work with aggressive dogs. An aggressive dog needs a behaviorist before a dog walker. I am happy to take care of any pet including hamsters, guinea pigs, birds including chickens and ducks, pigs & a lot of other animals, just ask. I will not work with snakes (sorry!). Also, know that I am allergic to cats so I can’t house sit for a cat but I can do drop in visits. A bit about me outside of pets. I have a BA and my professional background is in social work & homecare services. I currently work with adults with developmental disabilities in South Central LA.

I’m glad I can leave with the peace of mind that Cynthia will take good care of the fur babies. I see them wag their tails when they see her.
I could not be more happy with Cindy's care of my fur babies. Bailey had never spent a night alone. I made a great choice by leaving them in the care of Cindy. I think it was even good for the cat to have her two doggy brothers home with her instead of a neighbor dropping in once a day while the dogs went away. She left everything clean and neat. Their wagging tails was a huge message for me when she dropped off the keys the next day. They were happy to see her.
Cindy took care of my senior dog. She took him to the vet, administered his medication, and was with him when he passed. She’s compassionate, kind, trustworthy, and patient. She treated my dog as if it were her own. I highly recommend her .
Cynthia absolutely loves animals. She is so loving and playful with them and gives my dog the attention she desperately needs. I highly recommend Cunthia as a dog walker and animal care taker.
