They did their job well to make sure our cat was happy and healthy upon our return! We got a picture and a completed Rover card for our kitty everyday, which we always looked forward to seeing. They even brought in a package that had been delivered, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was mostly very good and timely, except for one late instance in regard to an initial meetup. Also, one added area of service we would have appreciated to go along with the pictures is a short written message about our pet each day: what her mood was like, how much she ate and drank, what toys she played with, etc. Otherwise we are very satisfied and would trust Cyndi and her daughters to look after Luna again.

I am always relieved when Cyndi can take care of Bella, my cat, in my absence. I always hate leaving her, but with Cyndi I know she will be loved & cared for until I return.
