Pet care experience
We are Justin and Kristy, with our young daughter and high energy 60 pound male dog, we all share this lovely pet friendly home in Culver City. We are full time working professionals and currently both of us are mainly working from home. We aim to provide a safe environment for your pup and we want to ensure as best we can that our daughter is paired with child tolerant canines. Our daughter has the tendency to hug, be excited and get close to dogs, especially ones sharing our home. Please be aware that if you have any doubt about your dog’s behavior around children that we may not be the best option for everyone’s safety. Our house is a back house with a fenced area made up of artificial turf, concrete, and a small pool. It’s been a great spot for our family and we have room to create a fun and safe environment for your canine.

This was my first time booking on Rover and Justin and Kristy were wonderful with Pam! They sent so many updates and she was so happy. So relieved we found them!
We loved having Justin and Kristy watch Piper, she absolutely loved being with them and they sent us so many pictures and videos! They were super responsive and we felt so good knowing they were watching our dog.
Kristy and Justin are lovely. They have a wonderful young daughter and a fabulous male dog, whom my dog liked very much. They are very responsible and responsive. I plan to use them again!
This was the first time my nine year old dog ever stayed outside of our home when we’ve been away, we always had dog sitters stay at our house But our friends had found Kristy (&Justin) on roofer and have used them three times and their dog was in love with her family So I simply had to try them Kristy & Justin fire exceeded my expectations! They sent me pictures and updates of Bowie multiple times a day, completely putting our mind at ease… it looked like he was having the best time ever, it was as if he was at his first overnight camp and was having a blast! Bowie loved playing with their little girl and their dog, and seem to fit right into their family immediately I wish I had known about them a few years ago, but going forward is the only place we’re going to have, Bowie stay when we’re out of town!

It is of highest importance that dogs which we board are ok with small children and other male canines. Our child can be loud and excited and she is not afraid to get close to dogs. Sometimes she will have a hotdog, bread, or some tasty treat which she is eating and dogs tend to pay extra attention to her during these moments. Our dog is quite friendly and gets along with others. He does like to play and will often engage in playful behavior.
A typical day
On a typical day Kristy may go for a run with the canines and we spend a lot of time out in the yard area and by the pool. We have a turf area with artificial grass and we have lots of cool, shady concrete spots for the dogs to hang outside and of course the inside is cozy as well.

Availability
We take care for our own dog and family needs daily. Morning walks and runs are routine. Our dog has special needs with food and medication so we are accustom to any nutrition and medication needs. For meet and greet requests: Weekday mornings before 10:00am Weekday afternoons between 3:00pm-6:00pm Weekends between 12:00pm- 6:00pm
