I'm the type of guy that will stop you on the street, ask you what your dog's name is, and be too excited about your dog to even ask for your name--sorry in advance if I ever do this to you! I love spending time with dogs--I like playing fetch as much as they do and love long hikes. Since I'm too broke to care for my own dog right now :(, I would love to help care for your dog so that I can get more canine companionship in my life! Over the past year, I have dog sat for about 10 different dogs. From dogs with strict dietary restrictions to dogs that need to be muzzled and watched closely on walks to puppies that aren't yet fully house-trained, I have cared for dogs of every level of difficulty and still loved every second of it. Thank you very much for considering me to care for your dog--it is an important responsibility that I don't take lightly. I am a recent Carnegie Mellon University graduate who works a part-time remote job with flexible hours in the film industry with aspirations of becoming a screenwriter. I need some extra money to keep pursuing my dream of writing, and with my love of dog sitting, I think Rover is a great fit--all this means that I have very few commitments and will be able to take the time and energy necessary for your beloved animal. I am available for any dog watching/sitting services that Rover offers! I live in a large house in Squirrel Hill with plenty of room for a dog to play inside. My house also has two other roommates that love being around dogs and playing with them--so your dog will always have at least one person around to keep them company and take them out. There are many parks nearby and I love to take long walks even without dogs (so with them makes it even more enjoyable!). Due to the many dogs that have stayed at our house, we have accumulated dog beds, crates, toys, snacks, and just about everything necessary to care for your pet. This is a perfect environment for your dog--full of friendly faces and people more than willing to play with and walk your furry friend!
