I had booked Crystle from August 11th to August 18th to watch my 12 week old puppy after finding her on Rover. A few days before dropping my puppy off, I had messaged her and explained to her that my puppy had pretty bad separation anxiety and also hated being in a crate and that I was worried that she couldn’t handle her. I had also explained to her that we were still working on potty training and I wanted to make sure she could still watch her and she assured me that it was not a problem at all. I dropped my little girl off on Saturday and Crystle had said later that night that my puppy had a couple accidents that day (which should be expected with a little puppy who is working on potty training and in a new environment especially with separation anxiety). I could tell by the way she was talking that she was already getting annoyed even though I fully explained everything there was to explain about my puppy before dropping her off and asked numerous times if she still wanted to watch her. I was awakened at 8AM from a text from Crystle the next morning telling me that I needed to come pick my puppy up because she got no sleep with her and she was having accidents and she couldn’t handle her. Mind you, I’m on vacation 5 hours away at this time. I said to her that this was the reason I asked you a few days before if you could handle her and you said it wasn’t a problem. She said that she didn’t think it would be this hard. So I said you have to give me time to try and find someone to come pick my girl up. She says it wasn’t a problem but the whole time she was waiting for my friend to pick my dog up she was complaining that she was taking too long. What was i supposed to do when I was 5 hours away? I was doing the best I could to get my friend there ASAP. My friend finally picked my puppy up and took her home, thank God. Now today (a day after she picked my puppy up from Crystle) my friend said that my puppy is doing great, had no accidents at all, slept with her all night, and isn’t anxious with her at all. My friend did say that my puppy seemed very withdrawn, extremely exhausted, and frightened after picking her up so I don’t know what happened at Crystle’s house but I wouldn’t recommend her whatsoever. She is very unprofessional and I don’t know how sgevis with other dogs but she obviously has no experience with puppies whatsoever. If your dog is nervous or has separation anxiety I would not consider her because she has no experience or any patience. I had wished I went with my gut and cancelled with her and went with another sitter to avoided traumatizing my puppy. I have screen shots of our entire conversation if anyone is interested.

Crystle was great! DJ had a great time and I felt very comfortable and safe leaving my dog with her.
