Hello! My name is Crystal, I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer with over 5 years of experience handling pets. I am currently certified in Pet CPR & First Aid Response and am a Vet Tech Student. I am Chicago based but currently moving around between Chicago & Puerto Rico, as a response to this I offer Travel Pet Sitting Services where I book flights according to my calendar and stay in your home to care for your dog/cat. I am also working as a full-time Dog Trainer. I have the preparation to avoid accidents with on leash or loose dogs we may encounter on our walks. I will send updated photos & videos of our walk and day to day routines so you can have knowledge and peace of knowing your family member is being taken care of. Any accident, change of behavior or concern I may come across with your dog will be notified immediately. I want to be as transparent as possible so that you can feel at ease and your dog/cat feels comfortable and safe during his/her time with me.

Our dog loved Crystal the moment she met her! We could tell right away that our little girl would be well taken care of and she was! She even walked away more confident than when we picked her up. I have a fenced yard, 3 friendly dogs (between 39-56lbs.) and kennels available (in case needed). Any dog staying for boarding will be kenneled during the night without exceptions.

It is important for me to know if your dog has any type of leash reactivity, pulls on leash, if he/she is friendly with people or other dogs or if they are afraid of certain sounds or environments in order for me to provide a comfortable and fulfilling walk for your dog. I also need to know if your dog is crate trained, potty trained and is okay with being left alone around 2-4 hours at a time.
A typical day
I love to make my walks with the dogs very interactive stimulating their mind while they also engage with me, helping them to learn to cope or handle external environmental stress in a healthy way. I also like to provide them with free roam to sniff, roll on grass, etc.
