I won't have anyone else watch my little boy. He keeps looking for her. She gave him his meds on time. I will have her watch him again.

Crystal did show up the amount of times that I requested and she did fill out a report card/send photos of our dogs. However, she did not show up during the times that were requested. One time I had to contact her at 9pm to see if she was going to let our dogs out; for which her allotted time for the afternoon was from 4-6pm. I was scared she wasn't going to take care of them for the last 3 time slots. There was a total of 6 time slots requested. Crystal agreed to the time slots in advance, however she only abided by the request 3 out of the 6 times. Also, we have a 7 year old Yorkie that weighs about 6 pounds and gets very stressed if he doesn't have human interaction. We found his vomit on our white leather couch and it was so crusty that I could tell it had been there a few days. I'm sure it happened the day she was hours late to take care of the dogs. It took me ten minutes to scrub this off the couch. Would not recommend Crystal. Not only was she irresponsible, but lied that she came an extra time at 2 pm on the date when I had to contact her since she was several hours late. Our security system let us know every time she entered the driveway and property. Hopefully with a stern warning from Rover and some maturity on Crystal's part, she may learn to be respectful and accountable.
