What started out as a temporary solution to supplementing income while I was taking classes online, has become an awesome experience and lifestyle that I’ve found true happiness and joy in. I’m close to 1 year as a Rover sitter, and have been absolutely blessed with some of the coolest little fur buddies. I'm almost exclusively working from home currently, with mostly wide-open availability and a fiancé who also absolutely adores animals. We would love to have a dog of our own one day when we are ready to stop traveling, but are having a blast caring for others as their owners venture off for the time being. I grew up with small-medium dogs in the home, and lived with roommates who had dogs of all sizes pretty continually, until about 2 years ago. I also kept cats well into my 20’s. We moved to the Nashville area from Los Angeles about a year and a half ago, but are originally from Michigan and Massachusetts respectively. Our home has a fenced yard, is very quiet and tucked away from traffic, and plentiful nearby parks to be walked in! I am very attentive, patient, and selfless with all creatures. I truly believe that animals should be valued and considered as humans are, and cared for as such. I know how hard it is to leave your loved ones behind, and how important it is to trust the people taking care of the creatures you consider chosen family. I will love them in that time as though they were my own, so as to give you the peace of mind you need to get through that day at work, or enjoy that vacation or deal with a family emergency out of town, without distractions or worries back home. You will receive updates and photos as often as you’d like! I send photos the way I'd like to receive them myself if I had a fur baby who wasn't by my side.
