Crystal watched my elderly Brittany for a week while we were out of state visiting family. He definitely has higher needs now that he is older, but he came home happy and healthy from Crystal's. I won't hesitate to use her again.

Zen had a wonderful time at Crystals. He made new dog friends as well as people friends. She kept us updated on how he was doing and sent pictures. She was very friendly and receptive. We would definitely use her services again for our Zen.

Maisie had a great time at Crystals. She is very communicative and sent at least one photo update per day, which was appreciated. Maisie can't wait to visit again!

Dogs are pretty much my life

Hello!
My name is Crystal and I just graduated from San Jose State University. I have owned dogs and small animals since I was little. I also helped manage a dog daycare/boarding facility for about 3 years. After I left the daycare to focus on school, I started home boarding and have been boarding dogs at my place for the last 2 years. I have worked with all different ages, breeds, and sizes of ...

What Crystal would like to know about your dog

I would love to know as much as I can about your pup! The most important thing for me to know before boarding them is how well socialized they are with other dogs. Both of my dogs have been going to doggy daycare since they were 4 months old so they love being around other dogs! I generally like to do a meet and greet in an open/mutual area like a dog park before they come and stay with me, just to make sure everyone gets along! I would also like to know if your dog is potty trained, if they are a barker, and if they are crate trained or not. It would also be useful to know if your dog has any kind of anxieties or leash aggression. It is very important that I find dogs that are the right fit for my home and little pack!

When Crystal watches your pet

My boyfriend and I have opposite schedules. The days I will be at the internship, he is home and then by the time he goes to work at 3 I am back home. So your dog will get lots of one on one time! Your dog will get at least 2 to 3 walks a day around the park downstairs from my place and I will usually take them to the dog park across the street from my place with permission. Your dog will get lots of cuddles and attention when staying with me! On the weekends I like to take my dogs everywhere with me so I usually always take my rover dogs too. Our outings might include going to the dog beach, the lake, or maybe just out to lunch in downtown Willow Glen!
