Well let's start with we had reserved a time for drop off and Crystal was not home she said "oh I forgot you were coming". Despite this she seemed nice and house was clean. She kept in contact and that was great. However we picked up our baby today and he smelled awful he was covered in urine and feces. He was also very dehydrated. Crystal was not available upon pick up and the guy who brought out our dog when asked stated oh he must have peed on his leg? As I said he had urine on his back and all over. It is obvious our dog was tied up with the leash outside as the Metal clip was bent from him pulling ( He doesn't pull when walked on a leash). He is also crate trained and hasn't had any accidents in his crate for 8 months so for him to be lying in his own excrement tells me he was not taken out often. I am sad that my dog was obviously neglected in this person's care as I was hopeful and excited to have found a reliable pet sitter . I have used rover in the past and never had a problem. This gives me a bad taste for using this service again in the future.

Crystal was great, the dogs had a lot of room to run and play in. We'll be back next year!
