Great pet sitter. Crystal is incredibly caring, energetic and truly cares and love my dog. I couldn’t be happier with the level of attention and affection she provided my furry baby. Unfortunately this sitting did NOT go as I expected. Crystal did not ensure my dog was given medication on time, or that my dogs were let out and walked on time. After saying that she schedule was completely clear for the day of the sitting, she very last minute tells me she has a "super quick" doctors appointment the same time as the expected arrival. I offer for her to come earlier before her appointment, as I was leaving VERY early that morning, for an important family wedding. I was as accommodating as possible while expressing that my dog has Congestive Heart Failure and needs her medication at certain times. They had also not been out since the night before. Crystal was expected at 9am, but given her "quick" appointment, I expected her no later than 9:30/10:00am. Crystal showed up at 11:30. I'm deeply upset my dogs were not taken out to the toilet or given medication on time. Those are the only two things I asked her to make SURE she did, and was very flexible with every other aspect of the sitting. I'm deeply upset by the clear lack of care and responsibility shown. I would NOT recommend Crystal if you have an important event, an elderly pet, or just need someone very reliable. Unfortunately, Crystal was not reliable for my senior dogs, one of whom needed her heart medication...
