Pet care experience
Life is not complete without a little bit of critter cuddles.Growing up on a farm with pigs, horses, cows, rats, lizards, fish and every other animal you can imagine, I have been an animal lover since I could grab a fuzzy tail. Experience working in a small animal veterinary hospital fueled my passion for animals even further. Simply put, animals are a way of life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Now, I work in the healthcare field and take care of the sickest and most vulnerable babies and children. As a mommy of three fur babies, a teenie yorkie mix and two cuddly kittens, I know that leaving your kids and your home for vacation can be both a challenge and a major stressor. No fear-I have experienced the same thing many times and will do everything I can to ensure you have the same peace of mind I desire when I am in your shoes. Having past experience working at a veterinary clinic, currently working in healthcare and having had pets who required medication daily, administering medication is not an issue! I fully understand the importance of giving meds on time and when necessary. So rest assured, your fur kids will be taken care of with highest standards in mind. Plus, guaranteed cuddles with each visit!!

Crystal was so amazing with our cat Snoopy! She went above what we asked of just coming in and feeding! He got lots of loves and play time with her! It made the time away so less stressful.
Thanks to Richard and Crystal for taking care of Kenzie while we were on vacation. It was our first experience using Rover and we appreciated the pictures and updates throughout the week. They administered her medication for her yeast infection for her ear and she even came back with a new toy. Thanks again!

I like to care for each pet I visit as if they were my own; safety and comfort are top priority. I want to ensure the home is left clean and locked up just as I found it and that each fur kiddo is back in their crate or designated area when I leave. I understand the importance of double checking and paying attention to detail from my work with the littles in the hospital setting so the same dedicated attention will apply with each client I visit.

Before sitting a dog, I would like to know if there are any special needs that your dog may have such as medication or physical accommodations and if there are any behaviors that need to be reinforced or training that needs to be followed up on. I know that it can be difficult to work on training and have to go on vacation and feel like you'll have to start over when you return. I want the transition from going on vacation to coming back to be smooth and enjoyable for both parents and kiddos. I absolutely do not have any breed preference.
A typical day
Depending on the clients needs, each visit will be tailored to meet them. I have no problem going on longer walks or playing with a pup for a longer period of time to wear out some energy and i don't mind hanging out for a bit for some loves on a cuddly kitty.

I'm currently a stay at home fur mom so my babies pretty much run my life. This is great though because it allows me to be available when needed to help others.
