Crysta took care of our little Dog a few times . She did a great job sending pictures all the time which we appreciated, and we felt good about our little guy staying at her house .I thought we built up a great relationship with her and we will be able to trust her in the future when petsitter needed . I booked another stay with her just a few weeks ago and She said She would look forward to see our guy. Just about 24 Hr before our business trip , She sent Rover a cancellation . As soon as I read the cancellation , I texted her because I was 100%sure She would text me and let me know maybe that is a mistake . Nothing came from her, so I decided to text her ..She sent me an insensitive reply back : Sorry , something came up I will not be home . After building up a relationship with your client , I would have expected a more honest and professional way to handle this situation not in the last minute . She did not care about us , how we are going to figure out and solve the situation, screw us . We had our trip scheduled, plane tickets , hotel etc etc . She put us in a horrible situation , caused so much anxiety for my family . She did not handle the situation professionally and honestly . That’s not how to treat your returning clients . I would say NO thank you in the future .

Crysta exceeded our expectations! This is the first time we used this service. We couldn’t be more happy ! We will definitely continue to utilize Crystal’s services. She went above and beyond what was expected !
