Cristine was awesome! She was super commutative while we were away with updates and pictures of Jax. She was super patient and accommodating with Jax and we hope to be able to book her again. We will definitely be recommending Cristine to our friends and family.

Cristine was accommodating to accept our request last minute, however the whole situation was pretty stressful and unprofessional. In our dog’s profile, it clearly states that he is not fully potty trained as he is still a puppy so I recommended in person to put out pee pads and take him out often. Our dog did have two accidents at Cristine’s place which I apologized for and when asked, offered to pay half of the cleaning fee. However, she got upset after not asking enough questions about our dog prior to the sitting and then complaining about his situation. She clearly did not read his profile in which I clearly stated his needs and terminated the sitting after only one night when we had booked three. She did apologize for this but then proceeded to say it was because the place was not her own. Thus the house owner was upset. I understand the stress that both parties went through, however this is a dog sitting service and it’s expected to have accidents. If you decide to take on a job, then its your responsibly to follow through or come up with a solution. I do thank Cristine for her help, but we will not be booking again.
