Pet care experience
I know first hand how hard it is to find someone to watch your fur baby, especially one with special needs!! I am very comfortable dealing with dogs who have special needs- eg., medicine, eating quirks etc... A little bit about our house... My husband and I are lucky to share our lives with Zada, who is a 6 year old Catahoula mix whom we rescued. So a meet and greet is a must to ensure no issues will arise. She is a very mellow dog so ideally other dogs who are just as laid back are the best fit. We normally go on two walks a day; one in the morning and one in the evening, averaging about 2.5 miles each. The rest of the day Zada lounges around the house napping where ever she sees fit. We do love to go to the dog park and there is one on post that we go to sometimes but our favorite park is the Steilacoom Dog Park. I know how important schedules are for dogs and will do my best to up hold any and all request, needs and schedules your dog may have. About this sitter: Dog owner and lover! If you think dogs can't count, try putting three dog biscuits in your pocket and then giving Fido only two of them. ~Phil Pastoret Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole. ~Roger Caras Why I love dog sitting All my life, we have always had dogs for as far back as I can remember. About my yard We do have a backyard, it is not fenced but we have a cable tie out that can be used. We only use it when Zada wants to sit out side in the sunshine, and I am sitting right there with her. She has a tendency to want to chase squirrels so after chasing her down after she sprinted after them on two different occasions we opted for that as a precaution measure. We will be putting up a privacy fence soon, but still would not let any dog be unsupervised for any reason. My experience administering medication Very much so!
Reviews
Chrissy welcomed our dog Cody into her family and he got along great with her own dog. She did a great job of keeping him happy and feeling at home. I would definitely book with Chrissy again!
Molly seemed so happy and well taken care of. We are excited to have found our new pet sitter.
Cristina was great! I first met her at the dog park so our dogs could meet each other and it went very well. I went on vacation for 10 days, and wanted my dog to be in a home with someone and Cristina made that happen. Kaya stayed with Cristina and her family and seemed very happy when I got home. Cristina sent me pictures daily so I knew how Kaya was doing, which made me feel so much better about her stay. Cristina was very prepared to have another dog, already having a lead for her to run, and dog treats to munch on. After speaking to Cristina, I knew Kaya would be spoiled rotten at her house - which was perfect! I would highly recommend Cristina!
Cristina was great with our 5 month old labradoodle. She took him on many walks and sent several pictures of him throughout his stay. He was very loved and came home very happy! highly recommend her and will use her again.

Information Cristina R. would like to know about your pet
Your day to day routine with dog, from morning to night and any other care instructions that I may need to take care of them. And I have no breed preferences, just that they get along with, Zada, our dog.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We love to walk around our neighborhood, and normally take two walks a day averaging about two and a half miles each. Sometimes we just walk along the sidewalk in the neighborhood and other times we go down by American Lake and walk along side the lake. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Where ever your dog normally sleeps. Zada sleeps with us, so that is definitely an option if that is what your dog wants. Other wise there plenty of space to accommodate your dogs sleeping needs. Time I'll spend with your dog As much time as they require.
