A client should choose me because I usually voluntarily dog sit and dog walk for friends, coworkers, and family members because I don't own a dog of my own anymore, and haven't for the past year. I have a genuine passion and love for dogs, so I am not sitting or walking for the monetary value. I am also super active, punctual, responsible, energetic, and what I would consider an ideal dog sitter to be. The times I have dog sat, and get permission from the owner, I take the dogs out for about 45-60 minutes to dog parks, beaches, walking trails, dog parks, or open spaces where the dog is able to run freely in an enclosed space. I don't have a set routine that I do with every dog because I modify the routine based on the dogs activity level, but my preference is to be active. I have also dog walked and sat in the suburbs as well, so that allows for different activities with dogs because I have access to different environments. I am an athlete myself so I love running, playing, swimming, and pretty much any and every activity. I have always believed I have a special, automatic connection with dogs so we enjoy each others company equally.
