Cristal was amazing! She was open to work with me at the times I requested (since I had to leave very last minute!) and her communication throughout the whole process was very detailed and quick, which is a huge plus for a worried momma like me. I met Cristal at Pet Paradise Resort where she use to take care of my puppy when I used to drop him off for boarding, she was the reason I would use that facility because I knew he would be in great hands. After she left the company I now drop him off at her home where she’ll take excellent car of Max my chihuahua! She sends me pictures updates and always informs me how he is doing!
