Be our guest! Chad and Crista are proud owners of two beautiful rescue puppies, that are named after our favorite beverage... wine! We have a spacious half acre fenced in yard and a quaint cape cod. Bordeaux and Malbec are very friendly and have a lot of puppy / teenager energy. There is a doggie door for easy access too! We welcome dogs of all ages and most sizes. Please feel free to bring your dog's food, toys, or anything that will help them feel like it's their home. We know and understand that work and life in general sometimes takes owners away from their beloved pets and want any pup to be as comfortable as possible. We will also text pictures of your pets while we are watching them so you can see how they're doing. UPDATE: We are expecting and are looking to move out of the D.C. area by first week of July 2017. While we are prepping our house to get ready to rent out this summer, sometimes our schedule can be flexible. Please message and we'll go from there. April is very busy for us unfortunately and looks like availability during the week is our best bet for here on out.

Crista and Chad were friendly and welcoming to us from the start. Throughout the trip they kept us posted with pictures of our dogs, which really went a long way towards diminishing the anxiety we had about being away from them. Both of their own dogs are extremely friendly. Their dog Malbec got on famously with my Aussie cattle dog. They have a spacious front and backyard with lots of room for the pups to run and play, so we knew the "kids" would be busy while we were away. From now on, whenever weI have to get away for work or fun, the CC team will be my first pick in Alexandria. I trust them with our pets.
Crista and Chad were fabulous puppy parents for our two dogs while we were traveling. Their house had a doggy door and they had a very large fenced in yard with free reign! Their two dogs were so sweet and our dogs had a blast! We are very grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They also sent many daily updates with pictues!! We were super happy with their care!
Chad and Crista were great with my pup! They kept me updated and were incredibly reassuring. I knew he was safe and happy with them. I am an anxious dog mom (because I love my dog more than life itself) and they put me at ease. When my pup came home, he was a little depressed because he missed his doggie playmates at Crista and Chad's house.
If you want a place where your doggie will have fun, get spoiled, and feel loved ... then Crista and Chad's place is the spot. They are the kindest and most loving family and really took care of my Honey. She was treated as one of the family and their two dogs accepted her as part of their pack. I received photo updates quite often, which really made me feel relaxed about having to travel. There was so much room for the dogs to run and play, yet feel cozy and comfortable at the same time. I really can't say enough about these gracious hosts other than I highly recommend them!!
