The friendliest doggie friend

Pet care experience

I am currently studying architecture at the university of Michigan. I was born in Cleveland but have lived all over the globe. I couldn't tell you why, but dogs sure do love me. I adopted my first puppy over two years ago now after finally settling down, but have always had dogs in my life through friends and other sitting opportunities. I don't think there's such thing as too much play time, so don't be surprised in your furry friend wants to take a loooong nap after spending the day with me! I believe the recipe for the perfect day involves lots of running, playing, belly scratching, and treats for being good. And when your dog is with me, there's nothing you'll need to worry about.

Excellent service. Went beyond our expectations. Left daily notes. Already have requested him for another time. Couldn't be more pleased.

I think that Craig would make a very good dog sitter, as through seeing him with many dogs, including his childhood dog, Parker, I have found him to be a fun-loving, caring, and patient dog owner. When Craig rescued his dog, Parker was a very cute, but trying puppy. He would chew through cords, bark at any movement outside the apartment, bite at Craig's hands and feet, and do his business in the apartment. However, Craig, who is a total sleep-aholic, would wake up first thing in the morning to take the dog out, without any complaining. He would constantly sit in the family room and toss a ball down the hall or play tug-o-war or scratch Parker's belly, but he would also be firm with Parker when he was misbehaving. Ultimately, Craig is the reason that Parker is the playful, yet obedient dog that he is today. Aside from his interactions with his own dog, Craig loves any dog he comes into contact with. Craig frequently takes care of his friend's dog, and will often video chat with me while dog-sitting. I always see him with the dog on his lap, giving the dog a good lovin' (as we say). Whenever we are in public together and we see a dog, Craig does not hesitate to ask its owner if he can pet their dog, and once receiving permission, he gives every dog a good scratching. I think that Craig's experience with his own dog and with other dogs has given him the ability to cater to any dog's needs, and that his love for not only dogs, but other animals as well, would make him the dog sitter that any owner would feel comfortable leaving their pet with. (To clear any confusion, Parker lives with Craig's parents, so any dog that he would watch would have his undivided attention.)

I have seen Craig interact with many dogs in the past and he has been great with them. I would trust him with my dog any day, and can vouch for the fact that he is a really nice guy that goes above and beyond in whatever he does.
