Winter is AMAZING! This was our first sitter experience and it couldn't have gone better! Winter regularly sent us photos of our girls, and was in constant communication with us. She really put us at ease and we look forward to having her be our go-to person when we go out of town. In fact, we're going to attempt to rebook her for 2 more trips! Winter is an absolute dream of a sitter and the most respectfully compassionate I’ve ever found! I had an emergency to tend to in Dallas and once I contacted her, she immediately stepped right in with genuine support, saying she would have no problem staying the night every night until I returned to Los Angeles. Winter is so soft and sweet that my three cats trusted her within 5 minutes of meeting her, which is completely rare. Because I knew they were in the best hands possible, I was actually able to sleep while I was away, which never happens, let alone in an emergency situation. Winter’s soft demeanor made the kitties not worry about their medicinal needs. My eldest boy Froder is in a critical state and requires medicine three times a day and regular specific massages and Winter handled his needs effortlessly. I teared up seeing the photos of him looking so well in her hands and he actually looked better when u arrived home. She was also able to get my chubby girl Artemis to actually exercise and play with her feather toy three times a day, while keeping my swift girl Natasha entertained with a playlist of classical music for cats lol. Winter’s personably clear and professional communication makes her my top sitter ever. She was in constant contact with me, sending me updates about their conditions and comfort and overall joy, as well as such cute photos of them playing. If I was ever worried about Frody, she replied immediately with a video or answer to my question. Overall, she tended to them so so delicately that when I arrived back home, they looked as if I had never left. And for that I am forever grateful to Winter and to myself for finding her. I travel so frequently for work and I am always worried about leaving these babies, but now my worry is gone. Thank you Winter, for caring so much :). You’re very rare.
