Hi there! My name is Courtney and I am a 24 year old Veterinary Technician! I have been a Vet Tech for four years but have been an animal lover my whole life. On top of my professional experience, I have six years in fostering animals for three different animal shelters. I consider myself an advanced animal handler and have experience in both dogs and cats of all ages, size and temper. I am well versed in understanding animal behavior and use this skill to communicate with your furry friend to have the best time we can have! Because of my medical knowledge and experience, I am happy to provide additional services such as: ear cleaning ($15), nail clipping ($15-20), and administering medication directed by a DVM (oral/otic/ophthalmic medication: $6, injections/fluids: $12) as long as your pet will allow me to do so! Before sitting, I would like to know a detailed description of your pets daily routine, favorite treats, toys and places to be scratched! Please inform me of any special needs your pet may have to enable me to prepare! An open line of communication is the best way for you and your pet to get the most out of any service!
A typical day
Dogs have a natural inclination to soft surfaces, like grass. Because of this, I prefer to walk to parks or grassy areas which also tend to be located away from traffic. I will play any game that your dog likes so please let me know if they have a favorite game we could engage in while on our adventure! I tend to love giving treats and carry around hypoallergenic treats, please let me know before hand if you would prefer me give them treats you will provide or none at all.
