Pet care experience
I have owned and loved animals of all sorts throughout my life (turtles, guinea pigs, rabbits, horses, chickens, cats, dogs, etc.). I have had dogs in my home my entire life and have experienced them in all stages of their life. I am very comfortable administering any type of care that your doggo requires. I currently have two amazing dogs, Captain, an 8 year old male red heeler (neutered) and Cookie, a 14 year old deaf weiner mix. We are open to spending time with all breeds, ages, and sizes. We have a lot of fun here and we would love to spend time with your fur babies as well!

Courtney was amazing with our dog and he had such a great time with her and her dogs. We loved the "pupdate" pics shared with us and when we went to pick our boy up - he was very happy to see us and then wanted to continue playing in Courtney's yard - so that speaks for itself : )

We have a fenced in yard with turf in the back, so pups will never be muddy after a rainy day when they stay with us. I require a meet and greet before any first time drop-in clients as I would like to meet your pup and discuss food location, amount, and your typical petcare routine. I try to get to know and imitate their normal routine so there is as little upset in their daily habits as possible.

I would like to know of any special care required (medications, kenneling, aggressive behavior). We are open to all sizes / breeds here, so if you have any concerns please notify me and I can work with you to the best of my ability.
A typical day
There are bike trails less than a block away from our home, so my fiance and I usually like to take our pups on a walk in the evenings. I have a lot of leashes, but if you are still leash training, please be sure to bring your preferred training collar. I have tested/used most of them to train my animals so I am pretty comfortable with conventional training methods. We play fetch in the yard at least once per day, and on occasion we may go to the dog park at Joe Glik Park (with prior permission).

Availability
My fiance, Steve, works full-time from home which helps accomodate my schedule. I am an engineer for a firm in St. Louis, and I have a hybrid work schedule. I mostly work from home and only go into the office on Thursdays. Steve and I have our home offices on opposite sides of the house, so no matter where your pup wants to hang out, they will always be near someone throughout the day.
