Personal Background: I have had many different pets and have cared for and rescued animals my entire life. I have had two dogs (One basset/springer spaniel mix and my current dog is a boxer/cattle dog/ridgeback mix). My current dog is very high energy/anxious and required lots of training and learning dog behavior so I am well equipped to help your dog with any needs they may have. I love all sizes of dogs (as well as any other pets) and have good knowledge of the dog breeds and their different needs due to lots of exposure with dogs through 3 years of attending AKC dog show events. Assisted the recertification of seasoned service dogs. A typical day
A Typical Day: I always make sure to show the animals I care for lots of love and attention. I know they will be missing you while you are away! I frequently take my dogs to the park, on long walks, and love to play tug, frisbee or throw a ball with them! I think mental enrichment is another great form of exercise and often provide puzzle games for the dogs to figure out or "hide 'n seek" treats. I can also work on training with your dog whether that be tricks, obedience, or leash training. I hope to have fun with your pet during these activities as well! For cats, I will give treats, pets, enrichment, and play with any toys they love!
