I've grown up around dogs from a young age and have experience with rescue dogs as I've had two myself. I've been dog sitting and walking with Rover now for a while and I've had some lovely dogs come and stay with me in my home and I've loved caring for them and making sure they have a little holiday themselves. I've had experience dog sitting family and friends dogs as well as work experience I carried out at an animal sanctuary where I cared for a number of different breeds daily. I love being around dogs and being active/taking them for long walks so your dog would be in trusted hands!

My dog Samantha hates going to the kennels (she's definitely a house dog) and I found Courtney as someone who does 1 on 1 dog sitting. I was really pleased with the care and attention she got with Courtney and would use her again in future.
Courtney was great from start to finish and we were really happy with the service. We were a little anxious leaving our little Millie with someone other than family for the first time but Courtney made the process really easy and put our minds at ease. She even provided us with a little picture and update during the stay which was a lovely touch! Millie had a fab time and made a new friend in Courtney. I have a small fenced garden and live in Poringland so able to take dogs on long walks through the countryside. I'm at home during the day and evenings so your dog won't be left for long periods of time and will always have some company.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel a booking 3-5 days before the date set I'd still take 15% as I may be cancelling on other dogs that I could have had. If it's over 5 days then I'll refund all the amount I would have got
A typical day
As I live near a lot of fields there will be plenty of countryside walks to go on and see other doggies on our walks. There are also a few woods that are my regular visits to walk round with my dogs as well that can be enjoyed by the dogs I want too.

Availability
I've currently just graduated from university and working part time so I have plenty of time to look after pets. I'm available for boarding on weekends and week days any time, as well as dog walking/sitting/drop in visits anytime throughout the day.
