I'm Courtney and I'd love to care for your animal companions. I'm very compassionate about animals and I will take loving care of your your pets. I'm available full time whether it's to let them out for a walk while your at work or maintaining their regular routine while your away. I have many years' experience caring for animals. I have two cats of my own and I do volunteer work with an animal rescue group. I absolutely adore dogs and some of my favorite breeds are Corgi, Border Collie, Australian Sheppard, Bassett Hound, and Greyhounds. I pretty much love all dogs and they love me as well. My services include feeding your pet and providing fresh water, dog walks, day or night pet sitting/house sitting while your at work or out of town, I can let your dog out to potty or back in, litter box/accident clean up and play dates. I'm available to offer multiple walks a day or overnight stays to reduce the stress caused to your pets while your away. Need to stay late at work? I can provide emergency on call care for your pets. I can even email or text you with updates and pictures during my visit. Have other errands you need help with? I can bring in mail, water plants, and take out trash/recycles. Courtney was terrific! She looked after my dog and cat 2x/day for a long weekend and they seemed very happy throughout. I was thrilled to get pictures each time she visited them, she took into account my older dogs difficulty with the warm weather, and even did a few extra things around the house like water my garden. We were very happy with the care Courtney provided!
Courtney was great! When we first messaged she made sure to offer to meet up in a coffee shop before coming to my home, which I found to be very thoughtful. When she came she made sure to take a lot of notes while we talked and she handled the fact that one of my dogs is a "jumper" very well. For the first several days (she took care of my 2 dogs for a full week) she made sure to text every time she came over so I was very comfortable that she was coming twice a day like we had agreed, and after that she still texted at least once every day. I think she took at least 20 pictures of my babies! She sent some and uploaded more to the website so I could check them out when I had the time. She was good about communicating things she thought might be out of sorts (when she heard my neighbor knocking one night in case something was amiss, when Oscar tried to help her out of bed by getting overly rambunctious and she wasn't sure that was normal, etc) so I felt like she was really paying attention to them, to their behavior, and spending a lot of time with them. I never felt like her communication was intruding into my time away, but rather she was polite and informative without overdoing it and it really put my mind at ease to know she would let me know of anything out of sorts no matter what. This was the first time I had ever had a sitter spend the night, and I was surprised how much better it made me feel that she was there overnight a few nights. She didn't spend every night at my house, but I felt like a night here or there through the week helped the dogs feel looked after, since that's a long time to just be looked in on for a little bit every day without some extra love. The house was in perfect condition when I got back and Courtney had washed the sheets and taken out the trash and recycling. She was great with the dogs, diligent and friendly about communication and I would have no problem having her in my house again.
