Courtney was so great! She sent so many pics and I felt so at ease knowing our critters were taken care of while we were away ?

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with my drop-in visits with Courtney. For our situation, a boarding stay would have been better. The first two visits (first day), I did not receive many updates. Courtney was late to drop-in nearly every visit, by as late as an hour, without having been upfront that there would be any issue with the schedule. I understand things come up, but it was not brought up at any point that she may be late or off schedule. This can impact our puppy who relies on a schedule. We had a couple of minor issues during the drop in visits, somehow the puppy got out of his crate and was free roaming when Courtney arrived. This isn’t something our puppy has done before- but it led to him tearing up shoes,etc. Today, we got a notice of a 125$ fine from our apartment because our dogs poop was not cleaned up around the apartment (collected on a day that we were gone) and despite the fact that doggy bags were on the leash and clean up signs are located all around the apartment complex with trash. Overall, I think a board visit would have been better with Courtney. Drop-in visits were just not the way to go unfortunately!
