Pet care experience
I have an passion for animals, and all living things! I have been caring for pets and humans my entire life—but have been a professional nanny and dog sitter for the past 5 years. I’ve had my own dog for 2 years, who was a rescue at 11 weeks old, so I have intimate experience with puppies, house training, behavioral training, flexibility with medical issues, administering medicine, high anxiety pets, and everything in between! I have experience caring for senior and special needs pets as well. Let me know anything you need me to know about your pet and I will be as accommodating as possible! I have had countless positive pet-sittings on and off Rover and I look forward to many more :)

Not super happy with this experience. Bailed last minute saying she had a fever and needed to leave work a few hours after confirming our overnight with my Mother's 12 year old blind dog awaiting her until 11pm which was the time she set because she was at work. Bummed, I would have been fine to figure something else out if she had a medical issue ....but then she said she could make it at messaging around 830pm. She didnt arrive until 11 or a little after. Then had her boyfriend come over, both parking in the driveway of my mothers duplex. Which I told her one car would be fine to move in and out but never agreed to a guest. She was unreliable and from my families standpoint irresponsible. Who's accountable at rover.com for these folks anyway?
Courtney watched my mom's dog while we were out of town for a wedding. She stayed overnight with her for two nights. Courtney was very caring and reliable. We are looking forward to working with her again in the future when needed.
Courtney did a great job house sitting for us. Ruth loves her. We would recommend her & would hire her again.

As my dog is anxious around new doggos, I will not be able to welcome your pet into my home (except for specifically determined circumstances). I will be happy to house sit for you in your home and/or take your fur baby on walks or to a dog park or wherever you are comfortable! Your pet’s safety and comfort is my #1 priority :)

I am accepting of all breeds and sizes and temperaments! It would be helpful to know any specific triggers for your pet, or anything you’d like me to avoid. Please also let me know if your pet has dietary restrictions or health issues so I can give them the best possible care.
A typical day
I live by the lake, and love to explore the trails and parks on the east side, so if your dog loves to walk and explore as much as I do, you’ve come to the right person! I especially love the Oak Leaf Trail and the lakefront, but am open to any of your dog’s favorite spots as well. If your pet is more of an indoor pet, I’m more than happy to play and/or cuddle in the comfort of your home as well. I find it’s best to stick to your pet’s typical routine when it comes to feeding/potty breaks/etc., so I will stick to your requests as much as possible for the health and safety of your pet.
