I have never been so disappointed with a sitter. Our dogs' profiles clearly indicated certain situations that would make them nervous and where extra caution should be exercised. However, our most recent rescue dog was put in a situation that caused him to feel uncomfortable and then led to an unfortunate incident involving one of the sitter's other clients. Because of the negligence of the sitter, the shelter from which we rescued him has required we return our new beloved boy where he will then meet his end. Additionally, when we arranged to pick up our dogs early from the sitter, not only was she MIA (another unknown individual was present and we were not made aware that this would be the case), but our dogs did not have access to food or water (the rescue dog had been crated without food and water). When we brought them home, they were both starving and drank profusely. Our family is devastated with the outcome of the events and I am still appalled and in shock at how everything was handled by Courtney.

Courtney and Franklin welcomed Gabby into their home like she was part of the family! Gabby was super happy to have a playmate! We've been searching for a sitter for Gabby so she wouldn't have to be lonely during our long days. Courtney did a great job with pictures and updates which was very comforting knowing that Gabby was well taken care of. We will definitely be booking another date. Thank you very much!!!
