I have worked with dogs and puppies my whole life, I even helped deliver a few litters of papillon puppies. I have found that in order to have strong healthy puppies they need interactions with other dogs and plenty of time to run around and use their developing muscles. When training dogs, I find that treats and affection work far better than scolding. Dogs are wonderful animals that end up becoming part of the family. I understand that your dog can be your baby and you want someone who will treat him or her like your four legged child.
