I have been taking care of animals since I was ten years old. My teachers and neighbors would all hire me to come and take care of their animals while they were out of town. At thirty years old I am still doing that! I also foster for APL and currently have a dog and two kittens I foster through them.

I have a fully fenced in backyard where my dogs love to run and play. Play time is essential to the development of the dogs and kittens. I make sure to set aside a half hour of play a day with them to be sure they are developing appropriately.

A typical day
I love playing fetch with high energy dogs. I am fortunate enough to have a fenced in 1/2 acre yard, so there is plenty of room for fetch, exploring, and playing with my dog:)

I am currently a full time psychology student, so being able to create my own schedule is incredibly beneficial! I currently do all my schoolwork from home, but eventually I will be transitioning to in person.
