👋 Hello! I'm a life-long dog owner, I work from home, and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I've been dogsitting for many friends and Rover clients in Austin for 7 years. I live in a house with a fenced-in yard in a walkable neighborhood. I take my dog to the trails a couple times a month, but if you're dog's more into the lounge life, we can certainly work with that 😂 I always take photos of my clients’ dogs and give daily updates, usually in the mornings and evenings. I’ll let you know how their energy level is, how they’re eating and adjusting. I know how important it is to keep in touch and feel confident that your pup is happy! I have a dog of my own (~40lb female aussie/heeler mix) who gets along super well with other dogs. If you just need someone to come by for visits, I'm also happy to bring her along for a play date during the day! Before your stay, I'd love to schedule a meet and greet to get to know the following things about you and your pup: - Please be sure to update your dog’s profile with vet, allergy and emergency info if you haven’t already - Let me know your preferences on how frequently you’d like to get updates or photos - Tell me about your pup’s sleeping arrangements! I want to keep them as comfortable as possible :) - Does your dog have special talents or behavioral goals that I should be aware of? I’d like to help continue progress on whatever you’re working on with them, if applicable - I don’t allow my dog to have human food, but let me know of any dietary restrictions or requests you might have - Do you allow them on your furniture? - How are they with passing dogs on walks?
