Courtney was absolutely amazing. So nice and communicative. She sent me pictures throughout the day of my dog, fed her exactly when I asked, and gave her a nice walk. I could tell that my dog had a great time with her and her pup. If I ever need a dog sitter again, having Courtney would be a no brainer.

Do not contact her to take care of your fur babies! i had the absolute most stressful time with her while taking care of my puppy! I had let her know all the major details with my dog. No problems while contacting her before and during her drop off. I had booked for two nights with her. I had to leave for the airport right away after drop off and she was very well aware. After a hour of taking care of my puppy she had complained out of random and told me to pick her up and that “i wasn’t prepared” because my dog was in heat. (she was well aware, and i gave her a washable diaper for her) After i had called rover they offered to send her more diapers if need be (since that was apparently the problem). After i contacted her back telling her i’m already at the airport and rover will send u diapers if need be. She then continued to say that my dog bite her dog. Which my dog is not aggressive and i had to explain that she’s a puppy and she’s very energetic and is rough but normal as a puppy while playing. She then continued to say that my dog had tried to bite her. Which after exude after exude i finally found someone to pick my dog up from this lady. Let’s make it aware that my puppy is not and never has been aggressive. Very socialized puppy with dogs,cats,kids,and people. Never one problem. She then scammed me and said that she cancelled it but changed the dates to one day instead of two days. So she got payed for taking care of my dog for ONE hour. Absolutely and utterly the worst experience i’ve ever had with rover!
