Always staying alert to a dogs body language and aware of the environment and surrounding objects is what I always practice while on walks. This is a key element to have. Staying aware of my surroundings and focusing on the dogs body language also keeps myself and the dog on the same level. In case a situation or a reactive dog approaches, I am able to avoid that particular situation in order to keep the dog in a calm state of mind while on a walk. By practicing this, the dog will always associate walks in a positive calm state. Walks should be a bonding and relaxing activity for both the human and dog. Knowing and understanding that trait of a dogs personality is also a key factor to maintaining that bond with the human and their dog. The knowledge I have I continue to practice on every dog that is in my care. Rest assured while your dog is under my care he/she is getting the crème de le’ crème treatment. Littermate Syndrome I have experience in and work with it everyday on my own two dogs. After research and learning how to work with the syndrome.
