Need a safe & fun place to leave your pup like with your friends and family? We are your pup's family while you're away! Do you travel or work long hours and wish to have someone spend quality time with your pup periodically? I would enjoy being their best friend throughout the day up to 3 times a day! Is your pup full of energy? I would love to take them on a 30 minute adventure (walk/hike) for you during the days you aren't available to. Luckily, I've had the companionship of a dog my entire life. In 2010 I started dog sitting in my home town while finishing school. I am a proud dachshund owner, but sometimes I think he actually owns me. We love to attend many dog events & fundraiser walks. Currently I'm living the dream as an almost stay at home dog mom.

We were hesitant to use Rover for the first time, especially as one of our dogs can be a bit skittish, but Courtney was wonderful and brought us a great peace of mind. She provided photos during each drop-in visit and updates on how our dogs were doing, and she was easily reachable. It was a great experience and we will certainly be checking with her in the future should we need any help with Daisy and Bailey.

A typical day
While your dog is with me I will take them for up to 3 walks a day. Sometimes even in various locations off of the property. If behavior is acceptable & you approve, we may even take a trip to the dog park or beach. If your dog is highly active & enjoys hiking let me know- we will totally go on a hike- my dachshund loves hiking too! While we are at home there are plenty of toys & I give them plenty of attention to keep them occupied. Does your dog know basic commands or any cool tricks? Let me know, I love to watch them obey & receive praise! While your pup is in my care they will receive: Love & affection Exercise Treats (occasionally homemade) Dog interaction Obedience reminders Mostly Cage free environment (If your pet is crate trained I do request you to bring the cage in some cases it has been beneficial for unexpected circumstances.) YOU will receive: Up to 3 updates a day Pictures (If you are out of town & request to Skype your pet we are happy to provide that for you!) Peace of mind
