I have been living in Portland for 14 years and know the city pretty well, this I find very helpful for finding the best walking routes. I have pretty much always had a pet or two of my own. When I was a child I was the only person our extremely nervous rescue dog trusted to take on a walk; my passion for helping dogs and animals really started at that time. I currently have a 2 year old dog, a 14 year old cat, and 3 backyard chickens. I have a pretty open avalibity at the moment. Rover is a side job for me, I have been working as a dog walker/caretaker with a local company for the past 3 years. At this job we specialize in positive reinforcement training and I carry that into all my visits. I enjoy what I do and love getting exercise but most importantly love getting to be around animals.
