Pet care experience
My name is Courtney and I have been passionate about dogs since I was a child. I have experience in pet sitting that ranges from caring for a diabetic and blind chihuahua who required daily insulin shots and a special diet, to much larger breeds such as a black lab. I have the most experience with smaller dogs (25 pounds and under), however I am more than happy to care for a variety of different breeds! I became certified in Pet CPR and First Aid through Pet Tech in June so that I can provide quality care should any mishaps occur! (Thankfully I haven't had to use those skills yet!) :) I understand that our pets are like family. I want to provide your dog with a comfortable and fun experience while you are away! **Please note that my rates are fixed and non-negotiable.**

Courtney was amazing with Dempsey. She sent pictures of how much fun he was having playing with her. I'm not 100% sure he ever wanted to leave. Courtney will be my first call the next time I am in need of someone to watch Dempsey while I am away.
I am fairly new to Rover but I would like to say that Courtney was an awesome person for my chihuahuas! She made sure they got a lot of attention and she took lots of pictures with updates on them frequently! We were even give homemade dog treats with the recipe when I picked up my dogs! Courtney was the best!

A typical day
I will be at home and with your dog at all times. Our apartment complex has a nice walking trail around a pond where my dog Ellie and I normally take walks (pictured). Bryan Park is also a short walking or driving distance away. I also love taking the dogs I sit to Ferguson Dog Park. :-) I will clear any outings with you first. Ellie has lots of toys but only a few favorites, so there are plenty of toys here for your dog to play with. You can bring any of your dog's favorite toys too! Ellie sleeps in our bed at night, and your dog is welcome to do the same if that's what they're accustomed to. You're also welcome to bring your dog's crate, bed, or pillow. Your dog can stay in our room or anywhere that they feel comfortable.
