Hi there, my name is Courtney and the golden retriever in some of my photos in Decker! Since I was 5 years old, I’ve had a love for animals. Growing up with a Golden and a Lab sparked my interest in exploring the outdoors and keeping an active lifestyle in Connecticut and California. I now work in downtown Denver with a flexible work schedule, and my home is just a short drive away in the West Wash Park/Speer neighborhood. I currently go in work at most, once a week and am fortunate enough to have a dog-friendly office. Decker is now almost three and we’d love to help dog sit, dog walk, or just check in on your pups. Courtney was absolutely AMAZING! We got pictures daily for our entire trip. We felt so at ease leaving Banks the whole week with her. Her house was super dog friendly and big, and he got SO much activity (probably more than he gets at home!). Thank you thank you Courtney for being such an incredible sitter. Our puppy Daisy had a great time with Courtney. She was very communicative with us during her stay and took amazing care of our pup. We even had a couple different neighbors tell us they saw her and Daisy around the complex and she was really sweet
Courtney was absolutely wonderful! She was very reassuring when I was so reluctant to leave my babies. The house was spotless and the boys were far less needy than normal upon our return home.

Having a dog of my own, safety is almost my biggest priority. I have a fenced yard and always supervise when anyone is getting fresh air - regardless of being in my own home or someone else’s. I’ve raised three puppies over the last three years so trust me, I’ve seen it all and am prepared for whatever comes my way.

A typical day
Being in the Wash Park area, I frequently am exploring our neighborhood with walks and with permission, head to the park for a good few mile loop. I’m a huge believer in physical and mental stimulation for dogs.

I currently have a very flexible work schedule that allows me to not only get outside for Decker’s sake, but also my own. We love to enjoy the Denver sun and snow and I’d be happy to include your pups in our pack routines.
