It has taken me a year to wrote this review because I didn't want to hurt Courtney's business, but after a wonderful experience with another Rover sitter, I wanted to leave an honest review. The first day we had to contact Rover customer service (after attempts to check in with her first) because we never got any notification that Courtney had checked in to feed and let out our dog. They were able to contact her and she said there was some miscommunication about the times and was apologetic. After stressing on if we should come home, we decided to let it go. The rest of the drop in visits were as planned until the last one where we could see remotely through our security system that the garage door was left open. Luckily, we were scheduled to be home in about 2 hours time, but still, we were disappointed with the overall experience.

Courtney is a great caretaker for pets! I've seen first hand the unconditional love and care she has for every kind of animal. She would be the perfect person to let care for your dog, cat, or any other pet you have.
