Pet care experience
When I say dogs are my absolute favorite, I am 100% serious. Even when I’m not sitting, dogs are my priority! 9/10 times when I’m running late, my friends assume I found a new furry friend! Unfortunately for me, where I currently live I cannot have a canine companion of my own. I grew up with a rescue beagle named Buster (think Buster Beagle’s banjo bagpipe bugle band) and several rescue kitties! As a rescue, Buster had several anxieties, which meant he required extra TLC. I’ve been pet sitting for over 8 years, and have also been a volunteer for the ASPCA. I have experience working with senior and special need puppers. When I say watching your pet is my pleasure, I mean it! Getting to spend time and take care of your best friend while you’re away will most likely be the highlight of my week (let’s be honest....probably the highlight of my month!) Can’t wait to meet you and your pups!

Courtney is absolutely amazing and the perfect person to care for your animals. Our dog Apollo is a traitor, and loves her more than us now!! She’s incredibly attentive, caring, and loving to my dog and both my kitties. We won’t use anyone else besides Courtney watch our animals ever again. I have a small dog whose's my life. I had a hard time leaving him with sitters or anyone but when we met Courtney, we instantly fell in love. She was very kind and showed tus (my Dog and myself) compassion. She showed my Pooch (dog) so much empathy that I instantly felt a sense of relief and became comfortable with leaving him in her care for more than 12 hrs. Courtney has been taking of my dog (LaPom) for about 2 months. There's no question in my mind of Courtney trustworthiness and her love for animals especially my Dog. Courtney is a magnificent, wonderful, and extraordinary person and caretaker of both big and small animals. She is amazing, knowledgeable, reliable, and best of devoted to caring for all animals. Courtney Weaver has watched my dog numerous (12+) times, and has always been incredibly wonderful to him. I have a lab/newfoundland mix who can require lots of attention (due to separation anxiety), and Courtney provided for his emotional needs as well as his physical (walking, feeding, etc.), and I came back to a stress-free pet. If you want a dog-sitter that will not only simply take care of your dog, but love it like her own, Courtney is the one for you to choose! She will go out of her way to make your pup feel welcome in her home, and is a genuine dog lover through and through. She will build a real rapport with your pet, so recurring stays will have him/her feeling completely at home. I cannot recommend her enough.

A typical day
Snuggly dogs, energetic dogs, introvert dogs. I love them all. When I stay with a new pup, I take my cues from the dog. I will be happy taking your dog on a car ride, a stroll through Codorus, or snuggling on the couch with a book. It’s all up to the pup!
