I am a retail manager here in North Carolina. I have cared for rabbits, birds, hamsters, cats, and dogs since I was in middle school, as I have always loved animals. I have kept dogs numerous times and have had my own dogs for pets and finally saved up enough money to adopt my own angel baby in 2017! She is the love of my life- I would love for her to have a doggy-sibling, but finances aren't quite there yet, so in the meantime, I am excited to get extra cuddles and walks in from other dogs and animals! I currently live in Carrboro and work in Chapel Hill, but usually don't go into work until after noon, so I am available for morning walks, and my boyfriend and I will be tag-teaming any overnight stays - generally one of us is home except for a 4 hour window or so midday!

Courtney is the best! Our pup has some separation anxiety, and Courtney is so sweet and patient with her! We feel so lucky that we found Courtney to take care of her, and our pup is much calmer when we get home after having walked with Courtney. Thank you so much, Courtney!
Courtney was such a wonderful addition to our dogs life for the two months she cared for her. Very responsive and flexible. Daisy clearly adored Courtney. I would 100% recommend her and use her again!
Our puppy was in good hands with Courtney while we were away. She sent daily updates and pictures--she took great care of Charlie! She also left our house very clean. We will definitely book with Courtney again!
Courtney did an EXCELLENT job. She went above and beyond to really keep our pup happy especially given that we are new to the area (and he was new to our apartment). She sent several pictures and updates throughout the day and was very responsive when we had any questions. I would highly recommend her to watch anyone's dog, and we will likely hire her on in the future. I was so glad to have had such a good experience with our first time using Rover.com. :)

I need to know medical requirements, type of food/treats given (especially if this is longer term), behavior towards other people and pets (in social settings, at home, etc), how often he or she uses the bathroom, has walks, exercises, etc! Any information is important and will be taken into account!
A typical day
I would love to take dogs to the park, to socialize with other dogs (if permitted), to the pet store to walk around, or on hikes! I like to be active so pet-sitting a dog would help me fulfill that desire more than I already do with my own dog!
