We were disappointed to come home from our weekend away to find our ADT alarm system not activated (even though we had gone over with Courtney how to arm and disarm the alarm and asked that it be set whenever she wasn't there), and also to a semi-dry urine stain in an upstairs hallway. I looked into the ADT app to see if the alarm had been set at all, and it was never set all weekend, but it did show all door activity for the weekend (for all outside doors)... We were concerned to see the first open door of the day Sunday wasn't until 10:34am, which is much later in the morning that we had requested our dog's morning potty break to be. Courtney also said she left our house Sunday at 7:25pm, but we got home at 7:50pm and the ADT alarm app showed no door open/close activity since 4:44pm. I suppose it is possible that our ADT app is missing some data (though I've never experienced that before), but it is still concerning that she didn't set the alarm at all over the weekend and that a pet had an accident that wasn't noticed or treated. Other than that, it seems the pets were fed and cared for ok, so I give her 2 stars, but we won't be using Courtney again.

Courtney did a great job watching my pets and house. Kept me up to date and sent pictures of the critters. Very comforting. Well done!!!!
