Pet care experience
My partner and I are a long time dog family. We have two fur babies of our own (a pug, named Peach and a Corgi, named Hopkins). We own our downtown condo with a fenced yard and work from home. We love having dog guests! We frequently host our friends and family's pets while they are away, including some more "behaviorally challenged" pups. We are are loving and patient and happy to work with any dog. Prior to getting Hopkins we were foster parents for HALO dog rescue in Los Angeles. We have no breed phobias either! We've cared for Chihuahuas, Pit Bulls, Grey Hounds, Yorkie mixes, Labs, poodle mixes, and more. We have experience caring for older dogs or those with medical sensitivities. We also have experience with senior pets. In addition We've cared for puppies and helped continue them towards potty training and basic obedience. We're going to love your pup!

Courtnay and Adam were spectacular sitters. They were generous with their time and flexible in accommodating my schedule. Their two pups were sweet and playful w my Buddy Dog. He was always ccit d to see the whole family. 10/10.
Safe and happy home. Our boy returns healthy and happy. Courtnay and Adam were comfortable with our pups oral medications and topical creams as well as specific feeding instructions. We will definately be using them for future visits.
I have a very scared dog, and sometimes a fear biter. Courtnay was very caring and understanding, she took her time with my pet, and let Violet my puppy take her time to feel comfortable with her, and the surroundings. Courtney is very much a common sense, and highly trained pet setter, who I am confident will provide excellent care for my fur baby. I trust her with Violet every time I have to leave to go out of town. I highly recommend her.

We have no breed preferences. We would like to know if your dog has any triggers (things that upset them). We would also like to know your preferred feeding schedule for your pet, and your preferences about if they are allowed on the furniture (our dogs are). We would like to know any existing conditions your pet has as well as any allergies.
A typical day
We walk our dogs twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening- especially during the hot months). When weather permits we go to the Hance dog park near our home. We play extensively and will throw the ball, or play tug. We would be glad to help your pooch learn a new trick if you want, as we can teach basic commands such as sit or lay down.
