Confident pack leader w/large yard

Pet care experience

**I am currently not accepting in home boarding clients until my husband completes his accelerated degree. I am active with dog walking and house sitting! 😄 I would love to add a few more regular dog walking clients to my days and maximize my time outside! If you are looking for a regular dog walker (and your dog walks well on a leash) please reach out to me! I currently have regular clients in the North Loop and Crystal/Robbinsdale/Golden Valley/North Minneapolis-bonus points if you’re in those areas- certainly not necessary though! I love animals. I have a passion that runs deep through my veins. I grew up on a farm with a pack of dogs and as many chickens as a girl could wish for. I excel with reactive and aggressive dogs as I understand their needs. My husband and I have had the opportunity to foster reactive dogs-both of which were adopted and are thriving in forever homes. We learned so much from daily, hands on experience with highly active and high needs dogs. I am happy to work on light training and help you forge the bond with your dog you have always wished for. I am an open book and I would love to discuss any questions you may have. I have a flexible schedule but I fill up fast! I am a freelancer and I spend a majority of my time working from home. Between my husband and myself, there is almost always someone home with dogs. I only take on a certain number of clients per day in order to allow ample amounts of attention for every client. I am always accepting new boarding, drop in, and house sitting clients. I can’t wait to meet you! I hope you have a great day!

Court was amazing staying with our reactive pitty for 8 days while we went on vacation. She was extremely communicative and made everything so easy. She sent us photos and updates everyday how he was doing which made being away so much easier. It eased our minds so much that she knew how to handle a leash reactive pup so we didn’t worry at all about her taking him on walks like we usually do. On top of all this she took amazing care of our home - she truly went above and beyond! Thank you sooo much Court you are awesome!!!

Court was absolutely wonderful. When she came to meet our dogs I was assured that she is very experienced with reactive issues in dogs, and I felt confident leaving them in her care. Everything went really well, she kept me updated from start to finish, the dogs were walked and we'll cared for. As was the cat!

Information Court S. would like to know about your pet

No breed preferences-I love them all. I do ask that any dog coming into my home is cat savvy. I would like to know if your dog has any triggers (i.e-my cattle dog tries to herd the vacuum when you clean). I also want to know any command and food sensitivities. My dogs are friendly and either play with clients or simply coexist-depending on who is here.

A typical day

I live on Theodore Wirth Parkway. I can assure you we will walk the trails and head off the beaten path. If you'll allow me to drive your dog places, I love taking them on trails in nature reserves all around the metro. Taking walks, plenty of outside time in my fenced yard, food puzzles, tug of war, fetch, playing and wrestling.
